Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung – CEO of Techticy also said informed that he will directly ask the CEO of Akamai for coordination in deploying Secure Internet Access solution in Vietnam to contribute to Internet users’ protection on mobile devices. According to statistics, in the first quarter of 2023, the Department of Information Security (Ministry of Information and Communications) detected more than 3,200 fraudulent websites for Vietnamese users. Scammers used many sophisticated deceptive methods to illegally collect personal information or impersonated financial institutions and banks to fraudulently steal assets. With Akamai’s Secure Internet Access solution, when users visit fraudulent sites, they will receive a warning, and their access will be blocked. Hence, users are fully protected in network environments. The Secure Internet Access solution has been deployed in many developed countries around the world, namely the U.S., Finland, Singapore, Switzerland, Korea, etc., and brought about positive results.
